Back by popular demand, culinary instructor Suzy Cui showcases the art of making sushi, one of the world's most beautiful cuisines, with a focus on dragon rolls. Tonight's mouth-watering menu of seafood masterpieces features California Rolls, Red Dragon Rolls, and Summer Rolls. Suzy will also show you how to prepare accompaniments of Miso Soup with Shiitake Mushrooms & Goji Berries; and Green Salad with Homemade Ginger Dressing. $30 plus hst

Who doesn't love brunch? Join Ren e Trepanier, Vegan Whole Foods Culinary Artist and self-proclaimed brunch guru, as she shares some of her favourite brunch appropriate vegan recipes. Your brunch banquet includes a tasty Chickpea Flour & Tofu Omelette with Saut ed Greens; juicy Vegan Sausage Patties; yummy Raspberry Cornmeal Pancakes; a creamy Cacao & Coffee Smoothie; and for dessert, delectable Blueberry & Lemon Scones. $30 plus hst
